Oven cleaning is carried out with all due professional care.
When our technician has completed the clean and before any payment is taken the customer will be allowed to fully inspect their appliance to check the quality of our work and to confirm the appliance is in working order.
In the unlikely event of any parts being damaged during the clean we will, of course, repair or replace wherever possible, but in the case of some rare or obsolete parts then the cost of the part will be refunded.
Should you experience a problem with your appliance after we have left the premises please contact us within a week of your clean and we will be happy to return and fix any defects that may have been caused by us.
Although every care will be taken during the cleaning of your appliance(s) it has been our experience that in case of heavily used or older ovens, some items can be very difficult to remove from the appliance in order to achieve our very high standards of cleanliness. Therefore Oven Heaven feels obliged to advise you, in advance, that problems do occasionally arise. Fittings can become brittle from a combination of age and heat.
Oven Heaven Ltd shall be liable to the full and unlimited amount for the damage of parts at the replacement cost. For damage caused during cleaning, the cleaner shall be liable only when gross negligence can be proved and then to the full and unlimited cost of replacement. Liability shall otherwise be limited to the price of cleaning.
